Description
  • This brief letter dated November 12, 1972 from Dr. Kinney at Duke was sent to Dr. John A. D. Cooper, President, AAMC, with enclosed minutes of the ad hoc Advisory Committee on the Physician's Assistants. Dr. Copper responds on September 4, 1973 thanking Dr. Kinney for the materials stating his support of having AAMC representation "if such a commission should be organized," but expressing concern that the proposal "does not follow our policy of recognizing Type A Physician's Assistants for accreditation by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education."
