  • Correspondence from Roy Snell, secretary-treasurer of the American College of Physicians Assistants stating that, based upon meeting with the AMA, the College "will undoubtedly be the national physician's assistant organization called upon by the existing medical authorities in those matters of business concerning the physician's assistant." The letter mentions meeting with the American Academy of Physicians' Associates and the merging of these two organizations in the near future. An application form and insurance benefit program provided by the College is attached to the correspondence.
