Description	This letter dated April 5, 1974 was sent to Dr. Thomas Kinney at Duke by Dr. Bruce A. Raymond, Director, Division of Professional Support Services, American Hospital Association, stating that the Special Committee's work had been deemed completed and thanking Dr. Kinney for his service on the Committee. A final version of the Committee's report was attached to the letter.
