Description	Barnes Woodhall examining x-ray, nurses in background. Woodhall was the chief of Duke University Medical Center's Division of Neurosurgery from 1937 to 1960. He became the second dean of the School of Medicine, serving from 1960 to 1964. Woodhall received his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in 1930.
