Description	The purpose of this review is to present the treatment eﬃcacy of mechanical chair repositioning procedures as deﬁned by both resolution of nystagmus during Dix-Hallpike testing and decreased subjective complaints of vertigo, and to provide non-statistical comparison to the established eﬃcacy of manual canalith repositioning procedure described by Epley.
