Description	This pamphlet was produced by the AMA's Department of Allied Health Education and Accreditation to inform educators about the organizational structure and role of the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA). In 1980, the Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs for Physician's Assistant was a cooperating agent of CAHEA. The role of the Review Committee was to assure an educational program's compliance with the Essentials.
