Description	It is a quality improvement study where I focused on the learners’ perspectives of their experiences interviewing and creating narratives through post-survey questions. The study will continue gathering this information and will later implement the narrative stories in a book form to distribute among the residents and follow up with the residents and staff to see what the impacts are after implementing the narratives.
