Dr. Carter mentions attending meeting with Lieutenant Governor James Hunt who spoke favorably about use of PAs. He includes copies of memorandum sent to Dr. Estes dated June 19, 1974, a letter sent to Lt. Gov. Hunt dated June 21, 1974, and a copy of Hunt's speech delivered on June 13, 1974 at a conference hosted by Western Carolina University.
