Item Description

Description
  • This memorandum was sent by Dale Lindsay, Dean of Allied Health Education, to Frederic Cleaveland, Provost, Duke University and Thomas D. Kinney, informing him that earlier data on how many Blacks had applied to the PA program was overstated. Dr. Lindsay indicates although he generally is opposed to advertising for academic admissions he "must admit it enlarges the scope of contacts" and suggests that a more concerted effort be made to reach minority applicants.
