Description	Announcement, pamphlet and application form created by the National Commission on Certification of Physician's Assistants to register PAs to take optional Proficiency Examination in Surgery as part of the 1981 examination procedures. The materials describe the examination and note that PAs who are currently certified by the NCCPA may take the Surgery Examination without repeating the primary care examination. The registration fee for the add-on exam in surgery was $210.
