Duke Department of Radiation Oncology
User Collection PublicThe Duke Department of Radiation Oncology was established in 1991. Prior to 1991, it was a division of the Department of Radiology. It is one of the largest and most active academic radiation oncology programs in the country. Duke Radiation Oncology is a member of the Duke Cancer Institute and participates with colleagues in surgical oncology and medical oncology to facilitate a comprehensive, multidisciplinary-team approach to the care of cancer.
