Description	This is a memorandum dated July 26, 1974 with an attached ballot sent by Donald Fisher to member programs of the APAP to vote in favor or not in favor of incorporating the Association of Physicians' Assistant Programs. Incorporation would not affect the APAP's tax status but would give it legal protection in the day-to-day administration of the Association.
