Description
Irene Cherhavy, a speech therapist, works with a young patient. Leslie B. Hohman, Duke University psychiatrist and director of the Child Guidance Clinic and the patient's mother are also present. In the audience are members of the clinic staff. This scene was typical of a case presentation before colleagues. Hohman served was a professor of neuropsychiatry at Duke University from 1946 to 1979.
